OUR DEPARTEMENT AND MACHINE
PELLETIZING MACHINE
Pelletizing is a process that involves transforming materials, typically in powder or granular form, into small spherical or cylindrical pellets. This process is widely used across various industries to create materials that are easier to handle, store, and utilize.
MATERIAL
A material compound department handles the creation, testing, and blending of chemical or polymer formulas. It typically focuses on research and development, quality control, and custom material manufacturing. Key Functions: Material Testing and Checking physical and chemical properties, Formula Development Mixing custom resins, plastics, or composites. Quality Assurance: Making sure production batches match industrial safety and quality rules.
IP MACHINE
The injection phylon (IP) is created by injecting compressed EVA into a mold, which allows for lightweight, flexible and resilient cushioning. Forming with a higher density compound enables phylon to be used as a midsole, outsole and sandal.
CMP MACHINE
A CMP machine refers to industrial footwear manufacturing equipment used to produce high-quality, lightweight shoe midsoles and outsoles via the Compression Molding Phylon (CMP) process. Unlike direct injection molding, the CMP process relies on a multi-stage thermal cycle where pre-foamed Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) compound is heated and then rapidly cooled under high hydraulic pressure to form dense, uniform, and shock-absorbing soles.
BUFFING
Buffing an outsole is an essential shoe-making and repair process that involves lightly sanding or roughening the bonding surface. It opens material pores, removes old glue or release agents, and creates maximum grip for strong adhesive bonding.
PRESS PHYLON
A shoe bottom made from heated and compressed EVA foam using a hot-cold mold press machine. It features ultra-lightweight construction, great shock absorption, and high flexibility.
FINISHING
Finishing outsole manufacture involves trimming excess material, surface texturing, and applying final colors or coatings to ready the sole for assembly. The core steps include trimming, buffing, and coloring.
MOULDING
Shoe outsole manufacturing via molding involves creating precision metal tooling (molds) and using them to shape polymers like rubber, EVA, TPU, or PVC through heat, pressure, and injection. Key phases include mold design, material processing, and cooling stabilization.
WAREHOUSE
Handles the safe and accurate transfer of outbound goods onto transport vehicles, focusing on: cargo verification, weight distribution, and dock safety management.
QA
The Quality Assurance (QA) department ensures that products and services meet set standards and rules. Its main tasks include building quality processes, checking systems, and stopping errors before they happen.
OUR TEAM
Delivered by a team that is competent and experienced in the field, Kumkang Tech Indonesia provides high-quality products and services.
